Parcel Condition:

If you notice any signs of tampering, damage, or if the package appears to be opened, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance of the parcel. This way, we can address any issues promptly and ensure that you receive a new, intact package.
Also whenever you'll receive the parcel, please take parcel opening video. If there is any problem with our product, please feel free to whatsApp that video to us. so we can review and take action accordingly.
