You can create an account for additional features or continue shopping as a guest. Go to My Account to set up an account or sign up during checkout.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart:
Check colour, size, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." A small box confirms the item in your cart. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Reviewing and Changing Items in Your Shopping Cart:
Review and modify items in your cart. Delete by clicking the cross or change quantity by using the +/- buttons.

Checking Out:
Choose to checkout as a guest or registered customer. If registered, login or create a new account. Billing and shipping addresses are pre-filled for registered customers. Enter information manually for guest checkout.

Secure Payment:
Review details and click "continue" to confirm your order. You'll be redirected to the payment gateway (CCAvenue, PayU, or PayPal). Enter card details or select net banking. Submit the payment.

Order Confirmation:
You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS once payment is processed. After shipping, you'll receive an email with the courier's name and tracking number for order tracking.

Fabric we use:The Rainbow Town products are meticulously handcrafted using premium natural fibers. The unique variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade items. Our products encompass traditional crafts such as hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, wood block printing, and embroidery. We employ both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes, aiming to minimise our environmental impact while achieving the best colour properties. Please note that irregular weaves or prints are not defects, as handloom items inherently possess a degree of uncertainty in uniformity.

Wash Care Instructions: 1. Avoid mixing darker clothes with lighter clothes to prevent any unexpected colour blending.
2. Wash with like colours in the washing machine with mild detergent3. We suggest gentle hand washing with a mild detergent, if there is any embellishments on the dress like gotta laces, fancy buttons, bows etc.
4. During the first few washes, wash them separately.
5. Gentle dry them inside out in a shaded area.
We take great pride in the unique character of our handcrafted products. They may have slight irregularities, but that's what makes them truly one-of-a-kind!
Note: We recommend washing similar colours together and drying garments inside out in the shade.

Colours:We have made every effort to display the colours of the products on this website as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see may vary depending on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee precise colour accuracy. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process.

For your convenience, a size chart is provided for all products, indicating the garment measurements. You can check measurements below every product. Please note that our sizes are designed to fit kids with a 'Slim to Medium' body type for their respective age. If your child has a 'medium to chubbier' body type, we recommend choosing a size larger for a better fit.

Boys Shirts and Kurtas:

To ensure a comfortable fit, our boys' shirts and kurtas are intended to be slightly loose.

Details for Girls Frocks:

Our girls frocks feature adjustable belts at the back for waist adjustment. Additionally, please note that the length of our frocks is slightly longer than usual. For added comfort, pre-washed Mul cotton lining is provided in the upper body of the frock.
